Training

American Telecom provides training on your new phone system the day it is installed. We offer group sessions, individual training, and specialized instruction for the system administrator. Training on your system covers all the features, basic and advanced, so your staff can operate their phones with complete ease. Our technicians will be on hand to help your staff get acclimated to the new system and answer any questions. And just to ensure that your staff is confident in their use of the system, during the first 30 days after the system cut over, we will retrain personnel upon request at no additional charge.

Our experienced staff is trained by the equipment manufacturers and we pass on that knowledge each and every time you need it. We provide complete on-going education and documentation for the lifetime of your system.
